Parallel to the human resources department, only the corresponding manager has access to your personal data. In the case of a negative decision by the manager, the manager has to delete your personal data and only the respective person in the human resources department will keep access to your data.Your personal data will be kept up to 3 months after ending of the application process. If you wish to have your data removed earlier you can request this by sending an email to . It is also possible we want to keep your data longer. In that case we will ask for your permission. You can withdraw your permission at any time. Obtaining and storing applicants' personal data is necessary in order to carry out the application process and to make decisions about the potential working relationship. Brenntag deletes personal data when the application process has been completed. However, access to personal data will be restricted if there are any legal obligations to keep it.
